Greetings, fellow Imperials. First and foremost, Imperial Order Battle 28 is now in progress. Every member with X-Wing Alliance, whether XWA is your primary gaming platform or not, should be participating in this battle. This battle was created and developed by Grand Admiral Wulfman, and all pilot files for this battle are to be submitted to him. In what has become the standard battle release scheme, Imperia Order Battle 28 is being released one mission at a time via posts on the Imperial Order Holonet. Be sure to serve the Emperor by participating in our current struggle against the Rebellion!

As many of you are now aware, I have returned from my Leave of Absence and have again assumed the role of Acting Fleet Commander. I am enjoying my return to full duty, and I am looking forward to reacquainting myself with everyone and meeting all the new members that have joined over the summer. I must give a very special thanks to Grand Admiral Wulfman, Fleet Admiral Tar-Atanamir, and Admiral Porteous for all the hard and often thankless work they've done to keep the Imperial Order fully functional over the last several months. Well done, gentlemen.

As always, I have remained in close contact with our Emperor who is still on an extended mission in the Unknown Regions. Emperor Larsen has informed me that his journey continues to yield invaluable information concerning the nature of the Force and the works of Emperor Palpatine. He has also laid out before me plans that promise to both strengthen the Imperial Order and extend the Empire's reach and capabilities throughout the Galaxy. For now, this information remains highly classified, but rest assured in my word that the Imperial Order has yet to see the extent of its own power and dominance over the innumerable worlds in our Galaxy.

In his most recent address to the Fleet, Emperor Larsen called for assistance in creating storylines for official Imperial Order battles. I must echo this request. The Imperial Order's fate lies within the hands of us all. The High Command is always open to new ideas, even from officers of the lowest ranks. A good idea is just that, no matter who comes up with it. Therefore, I highly encourage everyone in the Imperial Order to work with your commanding officer in the development of new storylines for Imperial Order battles. With all of us working together, we should easily turn out a new battle every other month. Submit your ideas via your commanding officer to me for pre-approval, and I will pass on the best ideas to the Emperor.

The key to the success of the Imperial Order is participation by all. Continue to strive to be the tightest, most active, most efficient, most dedicated, most loyal Star Wars group on the Internet. We make the Imperial Order what it is. We determine what it can be. Always remember our motto of "Distinction and Honor". Always strive to server the Emperor above all others. Long live the Emperor!
