This month has been very busy with many new websites being constructed.
The main tactical office website has been completely redone and bought
up to date. Other websites that have been redone are the KDY, Imperial
Development, and my office websites.
Battlegroup Lightning
The battlegroup still remains under my command, but has been relocated
to the Kuat system with new orders to protect the Kuat Drive Yards.
The webpages for the battelgroup and the ISD Lightning herself have
been integrated into my office website.
IDEV (Imperial Development)
We are getting more instructors and students. The emperor feels this
is one important aspect of the Imperial Order, and would encourage
everyone to take part as much as they can. I am writting tutorials
that are integrated across the courses, and will provide you with
something very good to show for your work. I have also finally made
a new graduation certificate, so please contact me if you have previously
taken a course but do not have a certificate yet.
Battlegroup
Lightning naming competition
Several ships in battlegroup lightning do not have names. Go to my
office site and follow the battlegroup link. Think of some names,
then use the form on the page to send me your suggestions. I will
give away 50,000 ICs for each name I use.

in Leadership
Effective immediately, I am officially taking over as Acting Central
Director of Intelligence. All division heads should report directly
to me in Fleet Admiral Antilles' stead.
Entrance Requirements
As Emperor Larsen stated in his address last week, no new Intel
agents will be accepted into Intel until the Emperor returns from
the Unknown Regions. In addition, new Intel agents will be chosen
exclusively from the Dark Jedi Order. To be accepted into Intel, the
prospective agent must be a Dark Jedi Adept and hold the military
rank of General or higher.
Recognition
of Excellence
Intelligence Agent Lieutenant General Kiner has recently returned
from an extended mission behind enemy lines and has brought back a
level of information rarely achieved by infiltration operations. His
insertion and excision techniques were utterly flawless, and his skills
as an agent make him one of the best the Imperial Order has ever seen.
For his extraordinary performance in an intelligence operation Agent
Kiner has been promoted to the rank of Major General and has been
awarded the Cross of Palpatine.

Morale
Office:
I have
returned to a more active duty this month and am extremely pleased
to be able to include my report concerning the current status of the
Morale Office in the present Treatise Imperialis. During my absence,
Morale Office Assistant Tdy kept a tight grasp over the projects of
the High Command Office, for which he deserves my utmost gratitude.
We have announced two vacancies within the Office for Assistants to
the Morale Officer, and are now evaluating the applications and preparing
to rearrange responsibilities. By next month, we will surely a better
functioning Morale Office in our beloved Imperial Order.
